Nina McGuffin is an executive coach, facilitator and trainer with expertise in leadership development, change management, systems thinking, emotional intelligence, and personal effectiveness.  Nina has a proven track record in coaching and developing leaders and teams in Fortune 500 companies including the McGraw-Hill Companies, McDonald’s, Microsoft, and many others. 

After a successful career in sales and product management in college publishing, Nina left corporate life to pursue her interest in leadership and team development.  She has designed and facilitated a variety of coaching and training programs with outcomes ranging from developing up and coming leaders to building trust within a cross-functional team.   Nina is passionate about helping people thrive in the workplace. Her work is based on the belief that increasing emotional intelligence helps leaders and teams achieve more with less effort. 

Nina is a certified Professional Co-active Coach and has achieved the designation of Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.  She is on the faculty of the world renowned Coaches Training Institute and teaches systems coaching skills internationally for the Center for Right Relationship.  Nina holds an MA from the University of Chicago and has expertise in several assessments including The Leadership Circle Profile, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and the Stellar Team Diagnostic.

A dynamic speaker and exceptional coach, Nina has been featured in the Madison-based Capital Times, and been a presenter at the ICF International Coaching Conference, the International Association of Administrative Professionals, Madison Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and the Business Forum.  As past president of the Greater Madison Chapter of the International Coach Federation, Nina was instrumental in establishing the coaching profession in Wisconsin.   She is the mother of two and recently relocated to the Seattle area.
