Executive Coaching

Executive coaching offers you a place to clarify and move toward what you want for yourself, your team and your organization.  It saves time and money by providing real-time learning and unbiased third-party support for the changes that you need to make to maximize performance.   Coaching helps you gain perspective, become more aware of your strengths and weaknesses, and understand your impact on others.

Our executive coaching packages are customized to meet the individual needs of our clients.  Typically the coaching alliance begins with a half-day meeting where core values are identified and the focus areas for the coaching are set.  This session provides you with a new sense of what drives you and how your values may be over or underutilized in your leadership approach.  In this session, we also clarify the outcomes for the coaching based on your goals and the assessments you have completed.

Sessions are typically held over the phone two times per month for 45 minutes to an hour.  Homework is assigned between sessions to deepen and sustain what you are learning.  These mutually agreed upon assignments are based on your priorities and desired outcomes.  The substance of all coaching conversations is confidential so the primary communication regarding the success of the coaching will come directly from you.
