Clients
Ideal client
We work best with high performing professionals who are committed to excellence and want to continue to expand their capacity to get positive results. Our coaching clients want to have a positive impact in the lives of others. They are internally motivated and interested in creating the best for themselves both personally and professionally. Often our work together leads them to slow down and make wiser choices about the best uses of their talents, time and energy. This allows them to consistently get the best result for themselves, their teams and their organizations. Here are some examples of people who have achieved more through executive coaching.
Success stories
Often prospective clients ask to interview current clients. Here’s one interview to give you more information about what can be achieved. Meet Jeff, Director of Strategy in a global service corporation.
What led you to decide to work with a coach?
I was previously involved with a team that was utilizing Nina as a coach. After talking with the team members and learning about their experiences I felt it was a good idea to approach Nina for myself. Once I spoke with her, I felt she was a good fit for what my needs were.
What were you hoping to achieve through coaching?
I was going through a change at work and was searching for overall clarity on career growth and development. I wanted to "sharpen my saw" on what I wanted to do and how I wanted to grow with my company. Nina helped me narrow my focus and my options.
Describe your experience of working with Nina.
Working with Nina couldn't have come at a better time for me as I was going through a job change. I found Nina to be a great listener. She was also very informal and personable. She could relate to what I was going through.
How has working with Nina changed your leadership approach or work habits?
Nina has been able to reaffirm my areas of strength and helped me identify my opportunities. My priorities have shifted and I try to balance my career with the rest of my life. It was reassuring to know that I wasn't alone in what I was feeling and going through.
What have you learned about your self?
Honestly, I didn't know what I didn't know, about myself and how I was as a co-worker. Nina brought out in me what I had been feeling, the need for balance in my life. The experience helped me gain a better sense of who I am and who I am not. I'm using my new skills and my new thought process to help mentor colleagues.
Have you affected any positive change within your working environment?
My approach has changed. I have become a better listener. I have more of a people element in my work habits.
Which of the tools Nina uses was most impactful for you?
The 360 for sure. I got it at a time when I was down as a worker and as an individual. It was a big boost to my confidence. I continue to think about what was on my 360. It was a very eye-opening experience.
What traits would you say best describe Nina as a coach and mentor?
Nina is very direct when she has to be and doesn't hide what she has to tell me. She opened herself which allowed me to open myself. She helped me regain confidence in myself.
How would you describe your experience to someone who was thinking about hiring Nina?
It was a great opportunity. I didn't know coaches existed. I could have used these services years ago. There were things I felt in my gut that I didn't know how to feel or express.
I wish everyone could experience this. A lot of people go through their careers, not knowing what they don't know. A person could spend time, years, in a position that wasn't meant for him or her.
