Follow-Up Coaching

Learning sticks when it is integrated back into the workplace, so we highly recommend follow-up coaching to give participants the opportunity to sustain what is learned.   Depending upon your budget and desired outcomes, the follow-up coaching can happen in groups or one-on-one, in person or over the phone.
